Effective Date: February 14, 2026
1. Eligibility
To participate in Stay Early Session 6 ("Competition"), you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have a verified Discord account linked to your Bitso Onchain wallet
- Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
2. Competition Period
The Competition runs from February 14, 2026 at 19:00 UTC to February 18, 2026 at 19:00 UTC. Only trades executed during this period will count toward your ranking.
3. How Rankings Are Determined
- Rankings are based on total points earned during the Competition period
- Each trade on Bitso Onchain earns you points
- The leaderboard updates approximately every 60 seconds
4. Prize Distribution
- The total prize pool is $3,000 USDC
- Prizes are distributed to the top 15 participants as specified in the Prize Pool details
- Prizes will be distributed within 7 days after the Competition ends
- Prizes are paid directly to your Bitso Onchain wallet
5. Disqualification
Bitso Onchain reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Engages in wash trading or artificial volume manipulation
- Uses bots, scripts, or automated trading designed to exploit the Competition
- Creates multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
- Violates any applicable laws or these Terms
- Engages in any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users
6. Modifications
Bitso Onchain reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, security concerns, or regulatory requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
Participation in the Competition is at your own risk. Bitso Onchain is not responsible for:
- Trading losses incurred during the Competition
- Technical issues affecting trades or rankings
- Delays in prize distribution due to unforeseen circumstances
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8. Privacy
Your Discord username will be displayed publicly on the leaderboard. Trading volumes are used for ranking purposes but are not displayed publicly. By participating, you consent to this limited disclosure.
